Welcome to Workorr.com. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Workorr.com website and services. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not access or use our services.

2. Description of Service

Workorr.com is a technology platform that acts as an intermediary, connecting individuals seeking local services ("Customers") with independent professionals offering those services ("Workers"). Workorr.com does not employ any Workers and does not provide the services directly.

3. Fees and Payments

• Platform Fee: To facilitate a booking or connection, Workorr.com charges a non-refundable platform fee, collected securely via our payment partner, Razorpay.
• Service Payment: The remaining balance or final service amount negotiated is to be paid directly by the Customer to the Worker (e.g., via Cash or UPI) upon completion of the service.
• Disputes: Since the final transaction occurs off-platform directly between the Customer and the Worker, Workorr.com is not liable for disputes over payment amounts, refunds, or the quality of services provided.

4. User Responsibilities

By using our platform, you agree to the following:

• You must be at least 18 years old to use this platform.
• You will provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• You will not use the platform for any illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized purpose.
• You will communicate respectfully and professionally with other users.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Workorr.com and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from (a) your use or inability to use the platform; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the platform, including without limitation, any defamatory, offensive, or illegal conduct of other users.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
